Alessi KG01 Salt, Pepper & Spice Grinder — 2026
Designed by Konstantin Grcic for Alessi, the KG01 is a refined three-in-one salt, pepper and spice grinder that combines exceptional functionality with a sleek, sculptural form. Upright and emblematic, its distinctive silhouette is machined from a solid block of aluminum, celebrating the material in its purest form.
The design is a precise synthesis of form and function. A smooth cylindrical body transitions into an octagonal profile, naturally guiding the twisting motion while giving the piece its architectural character. The finely sandblasted aluminum finish adds a subtle tactile quality, making the grinder as satisfying to hold as it is to use.
With its streamlined profile and three-in-one functionality, the KG01 transforms an everyday kitchen essential into a refined piece of contemporary industrial design.
Adjustable ceramic grinding mechanism suitable for coarse salt, whole peppercorns, and dry spices, with a grind size adjustment located at the base.
