The kettle is presented in a recycled cardboard packaging, the result of careful
philological research into Alessi’s historic packaging. The buff background color,
a tribute to the wrapping paper used to sell the company’s first trays and baskets,
is decorated with a silver stars pattern. The QR code on the box links to a video
produced for the project by Michael Graves Design.
