Light and firm-grained eggs with a grain size of about 3.0 to 3.3 mm - 0.11 to 1.29

The color varies from golden, grey, brown, greyish brown to golden brown.

Distinguished by an incredibly delicate, buttery aroma with a long aftertaste, underlined by the mild and gentle Malossol salting method.  When the word Malossol is used to describe caviar, it is defined as the idyllic salting process used to increase the shelf life of the highly perishable fish roe.

For many connoisseurs, this is one of the best caviars in the world today.
