Love the look of these copper mills! They've livened up the kitchen counter and they work so well. Customer service was exceptional. I ordered and mistakenly shipped to an old address as we've just moved and within minutes of me reaching out to Season and Stir, they'd corrected the order to my new address.
I bought three sets of these (Two sets were gifts). They work really well. We would have to repeatedly turn our old ones to get enough salt and pepper. These work well with only a few turns. The only issues that I had were that there was initially a terrible squeaking noise when turning the knobs. I contacted the company but never heard back. The solution was to not screw the top on too tightly. I also had to buy my own salt and pepper to fill them. I would not have given these as gifts empty. They are unique and I love them. Getting another pair as a gift but having them sent to me first so I can fill them.

I am so sorry we did not get back to you on this! I saw we emailed you we were contacting manufacturer but never sent you the reply - so our mistake! The manufacturer has told us they use only steel which means its become squeaky sometimes. Squeaky means good quality in this case. ;) - is what they said. They also suggested just a drop of olive oil on the mechanism will stop the squeak but thank you for your advice as well. We truly appreciate your business and feedback.
